We all share intuitive gifts, and this class will help you to work with your guides and piece together what messages or signs they may have for you. Our spirit guides and angels help you to navigate throughout life and assist in your healing and spiritual growth.
With this class, we will discuss and cover some relaxing journeying techniques that will tap into the senses through guided meditations. Additionally, Angela will share any information or spirit messages that may come in for the participants. They usually have loving messages they wish to express. It’s a very healing experience for all involved.

Angela Mariss through her intuitive approach and guidance can help you through your bereavement in various ways, tailoring your sessions to your individual needs. Angela has learned through her own personal experience how devastating and life-changing it can be. Therefore, it is very important to know to have someone who truly understands what you’re going through during bereavement.

She will listen to you talk about your loved one, and how it has affected you. Additionally, offer advice on how you can support yourself during the grieving process. She offers a holistic, spiritual approach to talk about the aspects of losing someone and will offer comfort and support without judgment. Angela will encourage you to express your grief to allow room for healing. She will offer help to find a gentle space within you to continue your bond with your loved one rather to “get over your loss. With compassion and guidance your grief can soften through healing at your own pace.

Zumba is one of the most fun and versatile fitness crazes to come along in a long time.
If you want an overall strength training program, look for a Zumba class that 
incorporates some light weights for your upper body.
You can start slowly if needed, or you can dance your heart out if you are in great shape. If you just love to move your body to the music, Talk to your doctor before joining a class if you have been inactive, have any medical issues, or take any medicines, just to make sure Zumba is right for you. And talk to instructors before class about your fitness level and any health conditions you have so they can suggest modifications.
